- Legal name and trade name as registered
- Current status — active, suspended or cancelled
- Constitution of business and taxpayer type
- Date of registration, and of cancellation where it applies
- Centre and state jurisdiction
- Principal place of business and every additional one
Filing status 1 credit
Are they actually filing, and how late?
- Every GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filed in a financial year
- The date each was filed and the ARN
- How late each one was against the deadline that actually applied
- Whether they file monthly or quarterly under QRMP
- Periods that are overdue and still unfiled
GST Score 1 credit
One number, so a list of 500 suppliers can be ranked.
- Scored out of 890, from three years of filing history
- Weighted for punctuality, and for whether the pattern is worsening
- Adjusted for registration age, constitution and status
- Cancellation history over the last six months
- A full breakdown, so a disputed score can be explained

- Every PIN code on the registration, principal and additional
- Checked against the ones you expect
