Pricing
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy never expire. Only bundled or gifted credits carry a validity date, and we always spend those first so nothing lapses unnecessarily.
What happens if a lookup fails?
If the registry cannot be reached, the credit is refunded automatically. A definitive "no such taxpayer" is a real answer and is charged.
Is a cached result charged again?
No. Re-reading an answer we already hold costs nothing — you are only charged when we actually go and ask.
